A fine 20 x 25 cm (8 x 10 inches) color photograph depicting American actor Elliott Gould in his role as a doctor in the television series Emergency Room (ER), broadcast between 1983 and 1985. The photo is hand-signed by him in black marker.

On the reverse, a typed, removable post-it label has been affixed, reading:
“Nice Airport – Cannes Film Festival – May 1987.”
